全港學界籃球馬拉松為學界每年一度的體育盛事。此項賽事由香港學界體育聯會主辦、康樂及文化事務署資助，並由「adidas」及「寶礦力水特」全力贊助。
　

日　　期：

 二零零八年六月廿七日至七月五日
時　　間： 上午八時至下午六時
地　　點： 香港灣仔港灣道體育館
　
資　　格： 本會中學會員學校均可報名參加，每校最多只可報男、女子各一隊。
費　　用： 每隊港幣100元正。支票抬頭請書「香港學界體育聯會」。
截止報名日期： 二零零八年五月三十日（星期五）
報名辦法： 請填妥參加表格，於截止日期前連同報名費送抵本會辦事處 - 九龍何文田迦密村街七號二樓203室。為預早確認報名，學校請儘早將參加表格電傳本會（傳真：27619808）。參加表格正本及報名費可於日後郵寄本會。
　
形　　式： 以單淘汰方式進行比賽，去年男子隊十六強及女子隊八強之隊伍將列為比賽種籽。抽籤將於六月十日上午十時正於聯會辦事處進行，歡迎參賽學校老師出席。
　
獎　　品： 冠、亞、季及殿軍：
　 可獲獎盃、獎牌、「adidas」現金券及「寶礦力水特」禮品包
　 　
　 第五至第八名：
　 可獲優異獎盃乙座及「寶礦力水特」禮品包。
　 　
　 最佳籃球員獎：
　 大會將設專責小組，在最後四強決賽隊伍中選出男、女子最佳運動員各五名。（包括控球後衞、得分後衞、小前鋒、大前鋒及中鋒各一名）
　 　
　 最有價值球員：
　 從最佳籃球員中，選出男、女子最有價值球員各一名。
　 　
　 最支持學校大獎：
　 於決賽當日賽事中，大會將送出獎盃及紀念品予最落力為球隊打氣的學校。
　 　
　 三分神射手獎：
　 於決賽日，男女子八強各派一位健兒參賽，參賽者於一分鐘內最多投射十八球，投中多者為勝。優勝者將獲大會送出「adidas」禮物券及「寶礦力水特」禮品包。
　
　
　

　
　 The “HK Inter-School Basketball Marathon 2008”, presented by the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation, subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and sponsored by “adidas” and “POCARI SWEAT” will again be held in summer this year.

 27th June – 5th July 2008
　 Time : 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
　 Venue : Harbour Road Sports Centre, Wanchai, Hong Kong
　 　 　
　 Entry : Member secondary schools are eligible to enroll for the tournament, each school is allowed to register one boys’ and one girls’ team.
　 Entry Fee : HK$100 per team. Cheque should be made payable to “The Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation”.

Application :

 Schools are advised to first fax the application form to the Federation office (Fax: 27619808) and send the original application form together with the entry fee to the Federation office by post.
　 　 　
　 Competition
System :		 Single Knock Out. Size 7 “adidas” Basketball will be adopted in boys’ competition and size 6 Basketball in girls’ competition. The top 16 boys’ and 8 girls’ teams from last year’s competition will be seeded. Draws will take place on 10th June in the Federation Office at 10:00am and teachers of participating teams are welcome to attend.

　 　 Best Basketball Players:
　 　 Trophy for the Best Five Boy’s and Girl’s Players will be selected from the semi-final teams by a special committee. (one each for Point Guard, Shooting Guard, Small Forward, Power Forward and Centre)
　 　 　
　 　 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award:
　 　 A Most Valuable Player will be selected among the Best Basketball Players for both Boys and Girls.
　 　 　
　 　 The most supportive school:
　 　 Trophy, “adidas” Basketballs and “POCARI SWEAT” gift set
　 　 　
　 　 Three Point Competition:
　 　 “adidas” gift voucher and “POCARI SWEAT” gift set for winner The top 8 final teams may appoint one player to participate in the competition. A player can shoot a maximum of 18 balls from the 3-point field goal area and the time is limited to one minute.
