This is to inform member secondary schools in the Hong Kong Island and
Kowloon Region that the General Sports Meeting for Secondary Schools
will be held on Monday, 8th September 2008 in the
Lecture Hall of Hong Kong Science Museum, 2 Science Museum
Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon
(九龍尖沙咀東科學館道 香港科學館演講廳)
at 2:30pm. |

Member secondary schools in the Hong Kong Island and Kowloon region
wishing to participate in the 2008/2009 inter-school sports competition
MUST make sure that they are represented at this meeting. Such
representatives must be TEACHERS of the school concerned and they
must be given authority to represent their schools in matters relating
to inter school sports competition. All representatives attending this
General Sports Meeting must be prepared to be elected as sports
convenors for the 2008/2009 season. The name of representatives should
be sent to HKSSF office by completing the attached form on or before 1st
September 2008. |
Schools having no representative at the General Sports Meeting without
acceptable explanation will not be allowed to take part in any secondary
school sports in the 2008/2009 season. |
Please note that the closing date of sports entry is
Saturday, 13th September 2008. |
Member schools are kindly requested to plan ahead the number of sports
and teams they wish to participate. The entry form can therefore be
completed within a short period of time and fax it back to the
Federation office before the closing date. |
